- Parking – outside perimeter of the hotel: According to the availability and payment of €15 per day (deposit of €30 in cash, returned upon the return of the car park card).
- Luzeiros Suites does not possess laundry or dry-cleaning services. Please contact the Reception if you require the use an iron and/or ironing board.
- The building has rooms with full facilities for people with limited mobility allowing even wheelchair users unrestricted movement around them.
- Free luggage storage service.
- Checks are not accepted as a form of payment.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted in any area of the Luzeiros Suites.
- In accordance with Decree-Law no. 37/2007, of the 14th of August, amended by Law no. 63/2017, of the 3rd of August. Smoking guests will be punished with a fine of between €50 and €75, plus €50 for the hygiene and deodorisation of the room.
- After paying the fine, if the guest continues to smoke in the room, they will be obliged to leave the unit without any reimbursement of the amount already paid and with the duty to give full discharge of the full amount of the reservation as well as the items consumed.
- The electrical supply in Portugal is 220V – 50Hz. If you require an adaptor, please contact the Reception (loan upon availability and deposit).
