General Regulation of Data Protection
The Guest, through the acceptance of the clause presented in front of the Guest Register, expressly authorizes that its data, received through this form, or of travel agencies, operators, reservation services through the Internet or general reservation services with which Luzeiros Suites collaborates or others that arise from the relationship with us, are collected and processed in files for the purpose of providing the best service as Customer, to provide you with information about our products and services, as well as the Transferee Companies or Third Parties. The client may exercise his right of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by contacting the Data Protection Officer of Luzeiros Suites by e-mail: reservas@luzeirossuites.com.
Information/House rules
- Payment for the stay must be made at the time of check-in. The unit reserves the right to deny entry at any time during the stay in the event of outstanding payments.
- The signing of the registration form authorizes Luzeiros Suites to use the respective credit card mentioned by the client to settle the expenses incurred during the stay. Be accompanied by this card during your stay for the eventual need for identification.
- The guest should always check which credit/debit cards are accepted at the time of booking and hotel entry.
- At the time of check-in, you will be given a guest card and the respective card key(s). If you lose the card key, you should go to the Reception to immediately report the event to cancel it and issue a new one for your safety.
- For the sake of respect and understanding for all clients, silence is required in all common areas and corridors. All noise should be reduced from 10 p.m. and no objects should be thrown from the balcony or window.
- All guests from the age of 13 must pay the Lisbon Touristic Tax. The value corresponds to €4/night per adult, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. All guests who travel to Lisbon for medical reasons with supporting evidence are excluded from the payment of this fee.
- None of Luzeiros Suites’ employees is authorized to store money, documents or other valuables such as cameras, jewelry and credit cards. These belongings are the sole responsibility of the guest and we advise you to keep them in the safe provided in the room, free of charge.
- Luzeiros Suites is not responsible for money, jewellery or other valuables.
- The Housekeeping team does not touch guests’ personal items, so please collect them for efficient cleaning.
- All children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult, and Luzeiros Suites cannot be held liable for any accidents that occur within the hotel.
- Luzeiros Suites has a closed video surveillance system for better security of its guests.
- Visiting hours are from 8 am to 10 pm.
- Private parties and celebrations are not allowed inside the space of Luzeiros Suites.
- Maximum care is requested with any objects belonging to the hotel, as any damage or intentional loss will be deducted from the guest account.
- Any breakage or disappearance of equipment in the room during the stay will be entirely responsibility of the client.
- Luzeiros Suites reserves the right to oblige guests to leave the unit in the event of misuse of the room, damage to property, theft, smoking inside the unit or abusive treatment of the staff. This is without any refund of the amount already paid and with the duty to give full discharge of the full amount of the reservation as well as the items consumed.
- It is strictly forbidden to put milk in the kettle or coffee machine. Damage to this equipment will be charged as follows:
– Kettle: €51
– Coffee machine: €90 - If you need a change of towels, please leave them on the bathroom floor.
- The number of towels/cushions is placed in the room according to the number of guests. Luzeiros Suites does not provide extra units.
- Any signs of prejudice or racism are not allowed inside Luzeiros Suites facilities.

MEALS – LUZEIROS CAFFÉ
- The food available at breakfast is solely and exclusively for consumption on the spot.
- It is expressly prohibited the consumption of foods and beverages that have not been acquired in Luzeiros Caffé.
